Arctic Cold Front Expected Early Next Week in North Texas

Bundle up! DFW will likely experience the arrival of arctic air, which would make it the coldest period of the season thus far.

WFAA reported forecasts for the next several days indicate temperatures between the 20s and 40s. A few days of cooler weather is possible, with highs near freezing and lows in the teens. There is a possibility of colder weather in some locations, which is not entirely out of the question. Temperatures in the teens and low 20s are possible with wind chills.

Midway through the week, there is a chance that there could be some “precipitation” in the area.

Right now, residents can prepare for the extreme temperatures by making sure their homes are ready for the weather and enjoying the decently warm weather we have currently.
