Rebel Wilson is facing backlash for claiming to be the “first-ever plus-sized” lead in a romantic comedy movie. The Australian actress is now reportedly blocking Black Twitter for calling her out for not being the first plus-size actress to be the lead in a romantic comedy. And they have the receipts in the form of Queen Latifah and Mo’Nique who were the first plus-sized women to be leads in romantic comedies. Maybe Rebel needs to checkout Queen Latifah’s ‘Beauty Shop’, ‘Just Wright’ and ‘Last Holiday’ and ‘Phat Girlz’ with Mo’Nique.
