Pastor PAT Bailey

Pastor PAT Bailey, affectionately known as your Caregiver Coach, is a devoted and compassionate professional with a diverse skill set, a deep spiritual commitment, and an unwavering passion for enhancing the lives of others. Her life’s journey has been guided by a profound dedication to helping others, initially as a successful 40+ year marketing and sales, senior-level executive in the beauty industry.

As a caregiver coach, Pastor Pat’s expertise shines even brighter as she offers invaluable EAP and ERG insights and strategies to corporations, ministries, and individuals. Corporately, she is the marketing and experiential agency of record for the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth Alzheimer’s research Health and Aging Brain Study – Health Disparities, helping enroll 3,000 people of color into the study in the Dallas Fort Worth market.

As an ordained pastor, Caregiver Coach PAT’s ‘calling’ extends far beyond the church’s walls. Through the non-profit, Finding New Tomorrows™ she serves as a beacon of hope and spiritual guidance to those facing life’s challenges and trauma. Her God-sent pasture to manage is caregiving, Alzheimer’s, and aging, and within this, she teaches, guides and cares for those who care for the elderly. This includes helping fund respite care for caregivers, providing FREE the FIRST OF IT’S KIND online caregiver support group, providing tips tools and resources for families to age well together. Her recently launched book, Finding New Tomorrow’s™ Generational Caregiver Guide, is a testament to her 15-year commitment to helping families learn how to age well together.

Her dedication to improving the lives of those affected by dementia is unwavering. Having appeared in major media across major talk show platforms, radio, and print, her specialized training and a profound sense of sympathy, offers invaluable support and guidance to both patients and their families, ensuring dignity and quality of life throughout the journey.

Outside of her professional roles, Pastor Pat continues to live a life deeply rooted in faith and caring. She is a loving mother to one son and daughter in love and cherished as “Gigi” by her granddaughter and grandson.

When she’s not ministering or coaching, Pat finds solace in studying Biblical history, enriching her understanding of faith. She also enjoys a relaxing round of golf, immersing herself in the timeless melodies of old-school music and seeking inspiration through the pages of the books she reads. A divinity student, Ms. Pat’s life is a testament to the power of faith and the impact of caregiving. In Caregiver Coach PAT, we find a kindhearted soul dedicated to providing comfort, support, and healing to those in need.

Pastor PAT Bailey Believes, “If we are accountable to each other, spanning from cradle to grace, the same type of community it took to raise the child will be required to care for the adult as they age well for generations to come.”

LaDondra Wilson

LaDondra Wilson serves as the Dallas Wing’s Vice President of Social Responsibility and the Founding Executive Director of the Dallas Wings Community Foundation. LaDondra leads the organization’scommunity engagement efforts, advises leadership on the diversity,equity, and inclusion initiatives, and leads thesocial justicecommittee. A proud graduate of Leadership Southlake, and the inauguralclass of Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy, LaDondra is a proponent of professional development and servant leadership. After graduating from Texas State University, LaDondra worked as a Master level social worker,emphasizing Advanced Administrative Leadership for non-profit organizations. LaDondra’s work has focused on addressing macro social problems and leadership development, non-profit management, program development, and evaluation. Ms. Wilson has been named the 2013 Tarrant County Case Manager of the Year. She obtained a certificatein Nonprofit Management from the Center of Nonprofit Management (CNM), an Executive Sports Philanthropy Certificate from George Washington University, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University

A proud native of South Oak Cliff in Dallas, TX,currently LaDondra serves as on the Engage Dallas , Educate Dallas, Parkland Health Foundation, and Rainbow Days Board of Directors. LaDondra serves on the UNT Sport Entertainment Management Advisory Board, Texas A&M-Commerce Sport & Recreation Management Board, Women in Sports and Events, and the Black Sports Professionals of North Texas Board of Directors, and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. LaDondra was named a 2019 Millennial to Watch as a Community Server, a 2020 Community First Award recipient from the Parkland Health Foundation, the 2021 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Graduate Good Citizen Award, and a 2021 Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient. In 2023, LaDondra was named a Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40 recipient. Also in 2023, she was awarded a Women in Sports and Events 2023 Woman of Inspiration honoree. As a community agent for over a decade, LaDondra is an advocate for equity, access, and advancement for marginalized communities.

 

Dana Davis

Dana Davis is a driving force behind her family’s diverse businesses, demonstrating strong leadership and financial acumen. She guided RAM Surgical to be recognized as a Best Practices Supplier to a major hospital system, navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Leveraging her previous corporate experience, including managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio for top clients like Walmart, Best Buy, and Target, Dana pioneered the family’s real estate investment company, which has since grown to encompass a diverse portfolio of properties.

 

Dana is a sought-after speaker on business topics such as “Strategies for Financial Strength & Operational Excellence” and “The Bottom Line: Giving is the Real Flex.” She also founded “She Will Go F.A.R.,” a faith-based mentoring program for young women. Believing that aspiring entrepreneurs must cultivate a growth mindset and embrace constant change, Dana has been intentional about sharing her insights on platforms like CBS’s “The Amazing Race,” WFAA’s “Good Morning Texas,” and Fine Living Channel’s “All-Girl Getaways,” and has also been featured in the made-for-TV movie “Raising Lizzie.”

 

Beyond television, Dana alongside her husband, has partnered with renowned brands like the Tom Joyner Fantastic Voyage Cruise and Ebony Magazine to share her relationship advice. Her bold decision to leave a high-profile corporate career has empowered her to share her message of courage and faith with audiences worldwide.

She is hailed as having oneof the most interchangeable voices of her generation. Psyche Terry

Psyche Terry is Mrs. World 2025, a business professor at Western Michigan University, and a visionary entrepreneur. She is the CEO and co-founder of Urban Hydration, a globally recognized beauty brand available in major retailers across over 32 countries. The brand has earned praise from celebrities like Selena Gomez, who complimented their Bright & Balance Skin Care Regimen for its powerful, yet gentle, and accessible approach to skincare.

As a dynamic leader, educator, and advocate, Psyche is passionate about creating global impact. She was featured in the French documentary “Powerful Black Americans” (2020), which highlights her entrepreneurial journey and community contributions. Most recently, she served as a speaker at the Global Leadership Summit in Belize, sharing insights on leadership and empowerment. Through Urban Hydration, Psyche has also helped donate clean drinking water to over 100,000 people worldwide with every product purchase, furthering the brand’s mission of giving back and changing lives.

 

Marquila Turner 

Marquila Turner, a native of Dallas, Tx, an ARPKD advocate, and founder of Quila’s Angels, Inc began her journey after losing both her sons to ARPKD and losing her twin brother during COVID pandemic. Marquila started by sharing her story to bring awareness to ARPKD and her leadership has driven her to have the Governor of Texas recognize September 1 – 7, 2024 as Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease Awareness Week and proclaim September 4, 2024 as ARPKD Awareness Day in the City of Mesquite by mayor Daniel Aleman Jr. Her dedication and commitment to raising awareness and support for those with ARPKD is important to her. She also donates care boxes to hospitals in the Dallas Fort Worth area to bring comfort to newly bereaved mothers and has annual events for bereaved families to get support. Marquila was recognized as the 2024 North Texas Remarkable Women by KDAF/Nexstar Media.
